General Terms and Conditions
You can make a booking either in person, by telephone or email through cash, cheque or debit/credit card.
Tickets will be held, pending payment, for 48 hours or until 6pm on the performance date. Tickets can also be posted to you but postage costs may be applicable.
Patrons are advised that event tickets, including classes, talks and workshops, cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged unless in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
The Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre
- reserves the right to offer special discounted ticket prices for events at any time and prior bookings will be excluded from promotion.
- is a non-smoking facility.
- reserves the right to alter or cancel any event/activity without advance notice.
- maintains a strict latecomers policy. If late for an event, you may be refused admittance to the event or required to wait for a suitable break for admission, which may be the interval.
Data Protection
We assure you that any personal information submitted to us through a box office booking or our mailing list will only be used for our own monitoring/marketing purposes and will not be passed on to any third parties.
As a public authority, Council takes your rights and freedoms seriously and will only release information when required under law or with your consent. Further
