For sewers or complete beginners, explore the many different appliqué techniques: hand-tucked, raw-edged, reverse and decoupage style, hand-stitched, machined and fused. With its colourful, stylised motifs of flowers, birds, animals and trees, folk art gives plenty of opportunity to create unique and personal textile collages, that can be hung or made into a bag or cushion. All materials are provided and whether you are an experienced sewer or complete beginner you can enjoy choosing your fabrics and finding your style!
