Explore land and seascape through observational painting techniques, creating images of the coast using acrylics and mark-making. This course is suitable for beginners and those with some painting experience.
Please bring the following materials:
A sketchbook, approximately A4 size, 300gsm paper (the Works do a mixed media one for £7)
A set of acrylic paints and a selection of brushes,
Canvas boards and/or canvases of various sizes; no larger than A3, four in total,
(these can be bought from The Works, Amazon, or The Range)
Pencils, some white and coloured chalks, felt pens or markers, coloured pencils
Images/photographs of landscape that you would like to work from.
