T’ai Chi and Qigong are primarily about harmony, meditation and balance in our daily lives. In addition to their health and fitness benefits, T’ai Chi and Qigong are traditionally taught as self-cultivation and self-development practices. By embracing the philosophy of harmony and balance you can learn to make every aspect of life happier, healthier and more compassionate.
This course is led by Dr Philip Johnston, former Director of Norwegian Modern Dance Company, former Associate Dance and Theatre Professor at the University of Illinois, where he also taught T’ai Chi and Qigong to dancers, actors, and students. Only 20 places available.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
Any under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
