Patchwork for Adults
Beginners: Monday 14 January for 10 weeks, 7-9pm
Improved: Tuesday 15 January for 10 weeks, 7-9pm
Cost: £55 full, £50 concession

Patchwork course with Anne Rickerby for both beginners and advanced. Please bring your own materials and projects to work on.


Painting for Adults
Beginners: Wednesday 16 January for 10 weeks, 10.30am-12.30pm
Improved: Wednesday 16 January for 10 weeks, 7-9pm
Cost: £55 full, £50 concession

Calligraphy for Adults
Monday 21 January for 10 weeks, 2-4pm
Cost: £45 full, £40 concession

A lovely course suitable for all abilities, Betty Ward covers a range of topics and techniques from basic strokes, letter grouping to page layout, planning verse lines, space fillers and simple borders. No previous experience required. Some materials are supplied. Students bring your own calligraphy pen / kit (available at most good bookshops or stationers).


Silver Jewellery Workshop
Saturday 21 January, 10am-4pm
Cost: £50 full, £45 concession

A unique one day workshop with jeweller Diane Lyness. Each participant will learn the jewellery making techniques required to make a finished silver necklace and earrings to take home. All materials are provided and included in the cost, all you need to bring is an apron, enthusiasm, and a packed lunch.


Making Arrangements - Floristry Workshop

Saturday 2 February, 10.30am-12.30pm 

Cost: £8

Spend a morning with award winning florist Elaine Taylor in this creative floral workshop.  Elaine will demonstrate, give tips and teach you how to make beautiful floral arrangements for the home and other occasions. Participants should bring their own materials and a full list of these may be obtained when enrolling through Flowerfield Arts Centre.


St Patrick's Day Children’s Workshop

Saturday 16 March, 10.30am - 12.30pm

Cost: £8 

Crafting workshops for 5-11yr olds with Elaine Harkness. Make something wonderful to celebrate St Patrick’s Day (17th March). The theme of shamrocks, leprechauns, fairies or maybe even snakes might be your inspiration!!

Thursday 10 January for 10 weeks, 7-9pm.
Cost: £55 full, £50 concession

This painting course offers participants an opportunity to try out various mediums in an informal, relaxed atmosphere with tutor Louie Winward. Beginners are welcome. Students should bring their own materials and details and advice will be given on enrolment. Silver Jewellery Workshop - Stacking Rings 

Saturday 11am–3.30pm 

This course has moved to May, date to be confirmed

Cost: £50 full, £45 concession

A unique one-day workshop with jeweller Diane Lyness. Each participant will learn jewellery techniques including soldering, shaping, piercing, texturing and polishing. Everyone will make a finished set of silver stacking rings to take home. No previous experience necessary. All materials are provided and included in the cost. All you need to bring is an apron and bundles of enthusiasm! Tea and coffee are provided but please bring your own packed lunch. Maximum 10 places.
